David Rose

Prolific composer of undistinguished music for radio, films and TV. Rose worked mostly on minor films, though he earned an Oscar nomination for "The Wonder Man" (1945). His best known song is "The Stripper", which made it to #1 on the pop music charts in the early 1960s, and his best-known TV theme is the one for "Bonanza".
