Leo Tover

Began his career in 1918 at the age of 16 and worked as a clapper boy and camera assistant before graduating to cinematographer in 1926. Tover established himself as one of the finest technicians in Hollywood with his work on productions such as "I'm No Angel" (1933), "Hold Back the Dawn" (1941), "The Snake Pit" (1948), "The Day the Earth Stood Still" (1951) and "From the Terrace" (1960).
