    There's a few that weren't mentioned in the Photos that are just as Good.
    William Devane as JFK in "The Missles of October"
    Brian Keith as Teddy Roosevelt in "The Wind and the Lion" (with Sean Connery, too!).
    Charlton Heston (again) as Andy Jackson in "The Buccaneer" about New Orleans during the War of 1812 where Yul Brynner played the Pirate Jean Lafitte;
    And Barry Bostwick in the Miniseries "George Washington".
    Looking forward to the Daniel Day-Lewis portrayal of Lincoln...

      Good knowledge Media. "The Buccaneer" was a great movie, and I enjoyed it as a kid. Thanks for reminding me of it. Danny Glover is 2012 was one that came to mind.

      I am glad you mentioned William Devane. He did a better JFK than any of the others mentioned in this article.

    There have been many memorable portrayals of one president or another in the movies, but how could Raymond Massey as Abraham Lincoln have been overlooked? He portrayed Lincoln as "Abe Lincoln In Illinois" both on Broadway and in the movie of the same name, for which he was nominated for the Academy Award as Best Actor; again in a tv movie in the '50's; and a third time in the movie "How The West Was Won". He should have at least rated a mention....

    Not so uncanny when scientists have said that there are only five faces in the world and everyone is just a variation of those faces.
