The still shows Downey on the set of Stark's workshop preparing to film (it's scene 24F according to the slate the camera assistant is holding). Downey is facing his collection of Iron Man suits, which has been expanded since the last movie. In "Iron Man 2," his shop only featured four suits, but now it includes the ones he wears in "The Avengers."

Photographers have already snapped pics of one of the villains in the movie, the Iron Patriot, who wears a suit like Stark's but decked out in red, white and blue colors. It's also been rumored that the new movie will take cues from the "Extremis" comic book storyline, which involved Tony being injected with nanotechnology that actually makes him part machine. So it's safe to assume he'll get a upgrade for this next outing as well.
