In 2008, superheroes, spies, and animated animals dominated the box office, with moviegoers flocking to theaters to see a little bit of everything, from new heroes to old favorites. Here are the top ten highest grossing films at the domestic box office this year.

  • the reason most of these movies dont make it is the simple fact of the money behind them. the rating system a very powerful, impervious to what us as the veiwers consider to thinking of what we like though to how much money we spend at the theaters. that tells them what to bring out. like twilight it only ran a month and so many days. the dark night in some places four months. a money maker.see th
