Apparently when you're Chris Brown, "hit it and quit it" also applies to car accidents! The reckless singer is in some MAJOR trouble after being charged with a hit-and-run and unfortunately he isn't the first famous face to try to get away with breaking the law. While some celebs have skated by the possible punishment for dangerous hit-and-runs, many have been charged. A federal appeals court lifted a lower court order that would have prevented the U.S. military from indefinitely detaining people believed to have helped al Qaeda or the Taliban. The Senate has easily confirmed Fred Hochberg for a second term heading the Export-Import Bank as a bipartisan pact seems to be holding over seven of President Barack Obama's stalled nominations.
