Saw warhorse yesterday and thought it magnificent. I had read that 6 different horses were used for the main part, but the entire herd in the war scenes were just great. Horses are hard to train, and one which is such a pet that is almost like a puppy is rare indeed. Also the history behind the war scenes themselves were terrific. It's hard to imagine, with the technology we have now, that wars were fought the way the scenes were showing. Good history with wonderful animal training! I hope it wins big.

If I go to a movie, which I don't very often, and come out feeling super and with a big smile on my face, then I know I have seen something special. Warhorse is definitely special.

Warhorse is a great movie, kept my attention thruout. It gets my vote, oh by the way, no profanity, nudity or sex. Great movie.

Give the horse its Oscar, he acted way better than anyone! This movie is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G no doubt about it, classic movies deserve an Oscar, even if it is for just Best Picture, it truly deserves an Oscar.

War Horse was an incredible film. I actually resisted going, because I thought it would be a simple "boy and his horse" type of movie. The pagentry, cinematography was reminiscent of movies in the past like Gone with the Wind and the story was quite moving. It was exactly what a movie should be. There actually that was an adult man sitting next to me that wept openly at the end of the movie. I would definitely recommend it!

I am so happy for the Nom. for A Better Life, Bichir should indeed get the Oscar.

Dragon Tattoo was robbed!!! Tree of Life was a horrible "art" film! What were they thinking?? At least they got it right with a Melissa McCarthy nom.!!!

They have all lost the plot. Bizarre collection of nominees with some truly fabulous films missing out completely. Time to euthanize the old suck ups at the academy.
