While publishers have agreed to a settlement in the E-book price-fixing case involving Apple and all the major book publishers, the judge has ruled that Apple is guilty with its iBookstore, . The U.S. Department of Justice will now have to determine damages in the coming months. The-judge-at a-New York-civil-anti-trust trial has found that Apple Inc. conspired with publishers to raise electronic book prices. Apple is unsurprisingly not keen on the International Trade Commission's impending import ban on older iPhone and iPad models. Per AppleInsider, the company has asked the ITC to put a stay on the ban on the AT&T versions of the?iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3, iPad 3G and iPad 2 3G for allegedly infringing upon a Samsung-held patent.
