A multitalented artist and accomplished athlete, Romeo turned his dreams into reality before he even hit his teen years. He was born Percy Romeo Miller on Aug. 19, 1989 in New Orleans, LA to hip-hop mogul Percy Miller - best known by his stage name, Master P.
