Virtually unrecognizable from film to film, the Brooklyn native began his acting career with an appearance in the 1995 pilot to the short-lived CBS series "New York News" and subsequently made two guest appearances on "Law & Order" as well as played a regular role on the short-lived CBS drama "Matt Waters" (1996).
