She was born on May 15, 1978 in Montréal, Québec, Canada to actors Sébastien Dhavernas and Michèle Deslauriers. Fluent in English, Dhavernas began dubbing for television commercials at age eight before guest starring on shows like "Zap" (1993-96), "Réseaux" (1998), and "Le polock" (1999).
