    'Zero Dark Thirty' Wins Best Picture, Director at NY Film Critics Circle Awards

    Kathryn Bigelow has awards season in her scope.

    The Oscar-winner took home best picture and best director awards from the New York Film Critics Circle on Monday for her film Zero Dark Thirty, which details the decade-long manhunt for Osama bin Laden.

    It was also a big day for Steven Spielberg's Lincoln, which took home three wins: best actor for Daniel Day-Lewis, for playing the 16th president as he tries to end slavery; best supporting actress for Sally Field, for playing Mary Todd Lincoln; and best screenplay for Tony Kushner.
