Fiona Apple has done Sir Paul McCartney right: In honor of his 70th birthday Monday, she dug into his back catalogue to perform "Let Me Roll It" with The Roots.

Apple has a history with McCartney, having previously, gorgeously, covered the Beatles' "Across the Universe." On Monday she recorded "Let Me Roll It" -- from McCartney's days with Wings -- as a web-only exclusive during a visit to "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon."
