    Nick Cannon: I'm Struggling to Get My Six-Pack Back!

    Nick Cannon is on a mission to get his abs back!

    The 31-year-old Up All Night actor was recently hospitalized for "mild kidney failure," forcing him to put his exercise routine on hold.

    "My doctor said today is the first day that I can work out again," Cannon tweeted Thursday. "I got to get back to fight weight! The Hulk is on his way back!"

    Mariah Carey's husband admitted that his recent health scare will make working out more challenging.

    "Getting back in shape is going to be tough. The doctor said because of my condition, my body can't process protein and that's what builds muscle," Cannon explained. "Time to work smarter not harder...but I got to get right by the time America's Got Talent starts!"

    The actor and father of twins Moroccan and Monroe said the toughest part will be getting his six-pack abs back "on this renal diet."

    "Skinny with a gut is not fresh," the normally fit star said. "Right now in my tank-top I look like Samuel L. Jackson in Black Snake Moan. I need to get back in shape."
