Mrs. Obama beats Fallon in WH fitness challenge

WASHINGTON (AP) — Michelle Obama and "Late Night" host Jimmy Fallon turned the White House into a playground to promote the first lady's "Let's Move!" fitness campaign.

Mrs. Obama and Fallon did pushups and twirled hula hoops. They competed at dodge ball and tug-of-war. And the first lady triumphed over the comedian in a climactic potato sack race.

After a defeated Fallon said, "It doesn't matter if you won or lost," the first lady replied, "It matters."

The segment was taped last month and aired early Wednesday on NBC's "Late Night" program.

Mrs. Obama has been making the talk-show rounds to celebrate the second anniversary of her campaign against childhood obesity. In the past few weeks she has appeared on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno," ''The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and "Rachael Ray."

Why is the end of the rope behind the First Lady suspended instead of hanging down to the floor like Jimmy's side?

How about setting example of not wasting money we don’t have to our kids while you’re at a example setting? Of show government how not to ship guns to Mexico drug cartels. Then stop the madness of making successful people enemy’s of the USA while they are the successful success stories of modern time. Government is not stopping the rich democrats of giving all they have to the IRS. You give the least on your taxes while calming others should give more. How about setting those examples. Every Chevy volt has cost taxpayers over 200.000.00 per car sold for the 40.000.00 sale price. How about a fix for that for the sucker taxpayer.

Who was behind her pulling? Look at the rope it's horizontal?

Yea - GOOD CATCH... The rope BEHIND HER GOES STRAIGHT !!! How the hell does THAT happen?
    • Steve  •  3 months ago
Who is behind Obama (out of the picture) pulling on the rope with her? Notice how the rope drops with Fallon but doesn't with Obama? What a joke this all is.

I used to get mad when foreigners call the American media trash. Not any more. As an American, I don't know how to defend the American media. They have produced too many garbage news.

      More to be T,weeted:
American populace like a parent might dangle something shiny in front of, their !nfant ch!ld.
Truth is, they (the rac!st Tea-Party) values humans using a scale made wholly of dollar signs, (Just read the post on here). I'm not angry about this, just saddened. It is disheartening to see so many of my fellow countrymen duped by these greedy rac!st monsters. These persons have raised the hate bar to an all-time high. They are the political equivalent to ambulance chasers: in this time of patriotic unease, they are there to take advantage, offering little that makes since and taking much more. I beg you to not be fooled by the “RAC!ST” – TEA-PARTY.
      Fight rac!sm with your VOTE. ( OMAMA – in 2012 ).

As if it wasn't all set up. Even Jimmy Fallon isn't stupid enough to make the First Lady look bad on national TV.

If you look at the picture, Mrs. Obama isnt the only one pulling the rope. The rope is pulled tight and going upward behind her.
