Mila accompanied Sgt. Scott Moore to the Marine Corps Ball on Friday night in Greenville, North Carolina, a spokesperson for the Marine Corps confirmed to Access Hollywood.

"Everything went well. It was a great experience for everybody," spokesperson Capt. Scott Sasser told Access.

According to several local news reports in Greenville, the actress arrived into the Pitt-Greenville Airport around 2:30 PM local time on Friday and was quickly whisked to the Greenville Convention Center, the site of the ball.

Local news station WNCT was able to capture a brief shot of Mila arriving to the venue before disappearing inside.

No media were allowed inside the event, however Capt. Sasser did release two photos from inside, taken by a fellow Marine. CLICK HERE to view both photos!

A rep for Mila had no additional comment when contacted by Access Hollywood.

Back in July, Sgt. Moore asked Mila to be his date for the night via a YouTube proposal.

"Hey Mila. It's Sergeant Moore, but you can call me Scott," he said from a base in Afghanistan. "I just wanted to take a moment out of my day to invite you to the Marine Corps Ball on November 18th in Greenville, North Carolina, with yours truly. So take a second, think about it and get back to me."

Mila accepted the offer of the Marine, whose unit recently returned from a seven-month deployment to Afghanistan. The unit reportedly lost seven members during the tour of duty.

Shortly after being invited to the Ball by Sgt. Moore, Mila's "Friends with Benefits" leading man, Justin Timberlake, received his own YouTube invitation by Marine Cpl. Kelsey De Santis to attend another ball, which he attended last week.

Following the event, Justin said it was one of the "most moving evenings I've ever had."

His date, Cpl. De Santis, spoke to Access Hollywood about the big night and said her superstar date was a perfect gentleman.
"[I was surprised by] how genuine of a person he seems to be. He seems very selfless to me, so it was nice having him there. It was kind of like having one of our good friend's at the table," she told Access Hollywood Live's Billy Bush and Kit Hoover on Tuesday. "He asked me a lot of questions about what I do and about me, which was really, really nice."

I see nothing wrong with a celebrity doing this. It good PR for the celeb, AND it's one hell of a morale booster for the members of the Military who they say yes to. As a Veteran, I am glad to see this kind of thing happening.

No media coverage... done from the heart. This is what it should be about.

It's nice to see celebrities who don't have a stick up their #$%$ but still treat people like people.

She's a great girl with a big heart, she's very attractive, and she also played in That 70s Show and Family Guy. What's not to love about her? This is an example of how a celebrity should carry themselves and not let the fame and fortune get to their minds.

Kim Kardashian would never go to a Marine Corps Ball without the cameras following.

As a Marine Mom, I am grateful to anyone of celebrity status who shows kindness to the young men and women who serve our country. It takes courage these days to stand up and support our military -- it has fallen out of fashion, sadly. The Marines I've had the privilege of knowing never complain, never ask for a handout (only a hand UP from the American people), never back away from a challenge and never, never apologize for killing our enemies. They hate war as much as anyone, yet they recognize the need to stand up to evil. God Bless our Military and, especially, our U.S. Marines. A Humble Semper Fi from a proud Mom.

The US has international conflicts and wars almost continuously, which may be part of the reason people have lost track of all the many entertainers who are dedicated year after year to bringing smiles to our soldiers stationed overseas as well as here. Bob Hope was a wonderful figurehead, and his legacy is now carried by many, many others. Thank you, Mila, Justin, and all of you who share your time and talent with our troops!

Good job Ms. Kunis. I'm sure it made a difference to the troops to know they are not ignored.

A big thank you to Ms. Kunis and Mr. Timberlake for raising the bar for celebrities. 99% live a "hands off" lifestyle, or as if they are bigger than life and above the rest of us. I'm sure she's a changed person today, and a better person for attending. They both gained my respect. As a Marine, I know it would have been an honor having them there. Semper Fi!

It's nice when celebrities realize that they are still people too, There are so many of them that think they are above everyone else. My hat goes off to them.
