If you always followed mom's maxim that dessert before dinner will spoil your appetite, you might want to avert your eyes from this new 20-second clip of a scantily-clad Lady Gaga getting down and dirty in a pile of frosting. The video is the second (you can check out the first below) to tease what looks to be an upcoming video for the singer's tune "Cake Like Lady Gaga," directed by photographer Terry Richardson. Previously, the pop star and photographer teamed up for a photo book that documented the singer's life on the road from Lollapalooza in August 2010 to the end of her Monster Ball tour in early 2011.
