Kelly Osbourne's Seizure: She's "Surrounded By the Best Doctors And Love," Mom Sharon Says

Nothing like a mother's love to help Kelly Osbourne feel better! Sharon Osbourne shared her gratitude toward daughter Kelly's fans for their support and well-wishes after the Fashion Police host was hospitalized for a seizure on Thursday, March 7.

"I want to thank everyone for their concern about @MissKellyO," the 60-year-old talk show host tweeted on Friday, March 8. "She's doing fine she's at Cedars and is surrounded by the best doctors & love."

For now, however, "there is absolutely no confirmed diagnosis regarding Kelly's condition," a rep for the TV host told Us Weekly. "She is under a doctor's care and they are continuing to run tests. Kelly is fine and thanks everyone for their continued support."

A source close to the family adds that "nothing like this has ever happened to Kelly before and she was really scared."

"They are running every possible test," the pal tells Us. "Could be epilepsy but also could be an allergic reaction or something else."

On Thursday just before noon, Kelly collapsed on-set during filming for E!'s Fashion Police after reportedly telling cohost Melissa Rivers, "I don't feel good." She then fell out of her chair and began to convulse in a seizure that lasted for 30 seconds.

"More than anything it was just scary," Rivers told ET Online of the situation. "I just laid on the ground holding on to her until the paramedics came."

A rep for the 28-year-old host told Us that as of Thursday evening, she was in "stable condition," but would be "staying overnight [at the hospital] for observation as a precautionary measure. There are no further details at this time."

There have thus far been no reports on why the seizure happened in the first place.

Kelly herself also took to Twitter to reassure fans that she was feeling okay after the health scare, however.

"Thank U all 4 UR beautiful well wishes yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why?" she tweeted on Thursday evening, along with a photo of her tattooed arm with an IV planted firmly in place.

Friends of the family are positive that the purple-coiffed Osbourne will pull through as well.

"I was actually working so I wasn't with [Sharon] when she found out," Sharon's The Talk costar Julie Chen told Us. "But we're sending our love to the whole family and to Kelly. Kelly's strong, she's an Osbourne, she'll be okay."

By Todd Cunningham LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - "Iron Man 3" was soaring past $1 billion at the worldwide box office Thursday, in a display of world domination that would make one of Marvel's super villains proud. The box-office bounty - roughly $700 million from abroad and $300 million domestically - is a major triumph for Disney, which bet big on comic book superheroes when it bought Marvel Studios for $4 billion in 2009. And its decision to bring aboard a Chinese partner for "Iron Man 3" and focus the Disney marketing machine on the booming foreign market looks pretty good right now, too. ...
