Hugh Hefner's 21-year-old son Marston was taken into custody Sunday evening for allegedly assaulting 2011's Playmate of the Year, Claire Sinclair.
Police were called to the pair's Pasadena home shortly after 11 p.m. due to a domestic-violence call, E! News reports.

Sinclair had suffered minor injuries according to authorities. Marston was charged with battery on a spouse (the pair are not married, but California state law also considers a cohabitant a spouse) and released early Monday morning after posting $20,000 bail.
Monday, Sinclair seemed to comment on the situation, tweeting, "There's two types of pain in the world - pain that hurts you, and pain that makes you stronger. All of your positivity is giving me strength."

Shortly before the altercation, Sinclair retweeted a photo of her with Hugh from a Grammy-themed fundraiser at the Playboy Mansion. Marston was not pictured.
"Had so much fun with you guys xoxoRT @hughhefner." she wrote.
Marston is the son of Hugh and 1988 Playmate of the Year Kimberley Conrad.
