Marla Sokoloff's house just get a little more, well, full.
The actress, best known for her roles on Full House and The Practice, gave birth to a baby girl on Wednesday at 8:05 p.m., her rep confirms to Us Weekly. It's the first child for Sokoloff and husband Alec Puro, who named their little girl Elliotte Anne. The newborn weighed in at 7 lbs.

Sokoloff and Puro, who met at a party, wed in November 2009 at Il Cielo restaurant in Beverly Hills. They exchanged vows in front of 100 guests in an intimate Jewish ceremony.

Before she began dating Puro, Sokoloff was in a five-year relationship with James Franco, her costar from the 2000 rom-com Whatever It Takes.
