Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston and Mickey Rourke will be among the presenters at the 67th Golden Globe Awards.

"Lost" star Matthew Fox will also present at the ceremony, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

Other stars previously slated to join the show are Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio, who will present the Cecil B. DeMille Award to director Martin Scorsese.

The show will air on NBC on Sunday, January 17, at 8 PM ET.

"Up In The Air" heads into the awards ceremony with six nominations, including Best Drama and a Best Actor nod for star George Clooney, the most for any film this year.

The Film Department, the indie film finance/production company that Mark Gill and Neil Sacker founded in 2007, is planning to go public, filing for an initial public offering on Monday.

The company announced Monday that it has filed a Form S-1 registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not been determined.
