Taylor Lautner is heading down to "Cancun" for his spring break.
The "Twilight Saga" star is sticking with Summit Entertainment for "Cancun," an action movie designed to show off the actor's martial-arts skills, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Taylor reportedly will play a college student on vacation who must rescue his friends - and a possible love interest - from a drug cartel.
Taylor, along with dad Dan Lautner, will also back the movie as the first project for their new production company.
As previously reported by AccessHollywood.com, the ready-for-action actor has also signed on to star in Paramount's "Max Steel."
Up next for Taylor is a spot in ensemble romantic comedy "Valentine's Day" (in which he shares a romance with rumored real-life girlfriend Taylor Swift) in February, with the next "Twilight Saga" sequel, "Eclipse," to follow in June.
