Elvis Presley's Beverly Hills Home on Sale for $13M

Elvis Presley fans now have the opportunity to live like the King -- providing they have a spare $13 million kicking around.

The Beverly Hills estate (pictured) formerly owned by "Don't Be Cruel" singer Presley is up for sale, according to real-estate website Trulia, for an incredibly precise asking price $12,995,000 -- though the sellers could probably be bargained down to $12,965,000 in this real-estate market.

So what does that $13 mil get you -- besides the satisfaction of knowing that you live in the house previously occupied by Elvis and his wife Priscilla? The French Regency home -- which is located in Trousdale Estates -- sits on a 1.18 acre promontory that offers panoramic, city-to-ocean views. The 5,367-square-foot home also boasts four bedrooms, five bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and a formal living room with a fireplace.

Recently remodeled, the property also includes a new kitchen with professional appliances -- though you probably won't need them to make fried peanut butter-and-banana sandwiches.
