Between the dramatic moments in Breaking Dawn -- Part 2 (of which there are plenty) lie brief moments of comedic relief, including a rousing fight between Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Jacob (Taylor Lautner), a blonde vampire with plenty of "shock" value and, arguably the most humorous, Aro's (Michael Sheen) laughable shrieks of delight.
Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Sheen happily revisited his inspiration for developing the maniacal laughter behind his calm and collected Volturi leader.

"I like the idea that Aro is someone that has sort of gone crazy through being immortal," Sheen explained. "He's just bored to death. He's seen everything, done everything, and that kind of boredom, the same old things, has kind of driven him a little bit mad."
As for the disarming giggle, Sheen continued: "So under the depths, underneath this controlled voice and this character who is very much in control, is this out of control, crazy laughter."
"When Renesmee (Mackenzie Foy) comes along, he's never seen anything like her before," he adds. "For someone who's been around for so long to see something completely new, he just loses control."
Breaking Dawn — Part 2, the fifth and final film in Summit's Twilight Saga, opens Nov. 16.
