The 34-year-old actor has been dating the 31-year-old musician - who also plays the harp, piano and harpsichord - for five years.
The happy couple stepped out together over the weekend at the Independent Spirit Awards, which the funnyman hosted.

Andy is currently starring in the BBC Three sitcom "Cuckoo" and Joanna's most recent release was 2010's "Have One on Me."
