Yes there are striking similarities to Eagle Eye. There are also some differences. There is more depth and better action, as well as more intrigue. If someone asked me to recommend this or Eagle Eye, Echelon Conspiracy is a better movie.
I guess it is a lower budget movie and there apparently isn't much to spend on advertising. They do very well what they do have however.
The last few months have not brought us much in the way of good movies so this is better than most in that period. |
