Julia & Clive lead an outstanding cast of excellent actors in a complex mixture of flashbacks interspersed w/ current action.
Paul G.& Tom W. as advisaries really play the role to the nth degree. No one dares to think about sleeping in this very complex plot.
Julia shows that she still "has It" - We enjoyed the film emensly & I tend to think that the comment - a "Film for One who Reads Books" a extremly accurate as you need to keep the various players and situations in your head.
At the time of writing, I was very disappointed that over 20% of the reviews were "F"s, and nearly 50% were C- or less - It deserves much better!! |
