I saw this movie last night at a free screening. Within about 30 minutes I turned to my friend and said I'm ready to leave, but we decided to stick it out. The romance between Julia Roberts and Clive Owen's characters was unbelievable, and they had zero chemistry, which surprised me since they were amazing together in Closer. The plot was incredibly stupid, and all the twists and turns were completely obvious. Plus, the big secret of the movie was SO DUMB! I felt like I wasted 2 hours of my life and wouldn't even reccomend it as a rental. It was boring and predictable, and with all the good scripts out in Hollywood, I can't believe this is the junk they are making! |
