This movie is a raunchy, vulgar, juvenile senseless romp, and I, a middle-aged mom from the suburbs, enjoyed it very much!
Please read the user reviews, so you won't be shocked or disappointed by this film. If cursing, sex jokes and visuals, vomit, bodily violence, belittling minorities, infants, the elderly, and the disabled upset you, then DON'T go to see this movie. This film is a more ribald version of a "Wedding Crashers", or "There's Something About Mary", so it will NOT suit you if those films offended you in any way. That being said, I laughed out loud on several occasions during the movie and can definitely see that this will be a great one to also buy on DVD-so many plot twists and subtleties will nicely come together upon repeated viewings, and it won't lose much at all by seeing it on the small screen.
Don't take children, don't take uptight or prudish guests, don't take a date with delicate sensibilities, and we won't need to see any more appalled posts for what is truly a bawdy, funny film. |
