i loved the first one. i don't understand why directors follow up with a sequel of a great film with such mediocrity. i suppose they already have an audience hooked and intrigued from the first film so they think they do not have to try the second time around. i felt like most of the characters were "over acting" and worst of all the jokes felt so predictable, obvious and forced. punch line after punch line kept rolling and literally nobody in the theatre was laughing. this is literally one of those movies where all the humorous bits are crammed into the preview. there are no other funny parts and you won't laugh at the parts from the preview because you already know what's coming. trust me. i know the first one was great but don't waste your hard earned money on overpriced movie tickets for this one. just rent it at redbox for $1.00 when it comes out on dvd. |
