Save your money and go see the "Slumdog Millionaire" - this movie is a total waste of time and money. The story is idiotic, there is extremely loud music, the actors shout their lines all the time and the song and dance numbers do not have any rhythm. After suffering through 2 hours of the movie, I had to walk out - that is how bad it was (I wasn't the only one - about half of the theater audience did the same before me).
I'm not sure why this movie had to have a US release - this was meant for the village idiots who live somewhere in this world - that is waht the hero is and his sidekick does not have a meaningful role - this one has to rank alongside "Howard the Duck" - maybe the latter was better!! |
