Paul Rudd's character is your typical, everyday average Joe who's likable, has a normal life, a good job, and a fiancee he's about to marry. Everything seems perfect except for one small problem: threw out his entire life, he's had nothing but close female friends. The so-called "bromance" is a world of unknown to him, but after over hearing a conversation his fiancee had with a few of her friends questioning his small character flaw he ventures off in search of finding what his life lacks most -- male companionship. This sets off a variety of events that are so funny that people literally were falling out of their seats laughing. This was an excellent comedy!
However, if you don't like adult comedies such as Forgetting About Sarah Marshall and Wedding Crashers then please, don't waste your time. Second, if you leave your sense of humor at home, or don't have a sense of humor altogether, then please see something else. Third, if you don't enjoy comedies about awkward situations, new discovery, humorous small talk, and acting outside the box then go see Fast And Furious; you'll just be wasting your time! Frankly, I'm very disappointed with what I've read as far as reviews are concerned about a film I really fell in love with. |
