Excellent movie. I am a religious doubter, but in Ben Steins movie all I saw was intelligent people asking questions. No religious imagery or calls for the audience to get down on their knees. Frankly, the darwinists need to answer this film, as it seems the rest of the world is debating this question and moving forward, while our science and philosophy is stuck with "crystals and aliens". I disliked the camera shake (I guess to show it's a documentary) and I wish the animation of cell workings was explained a little better, but the point of this film was getting people to talk. I am also saddened that Yahoo and MSN have left the movie off their movie page, the only way to find it is to search under general movies, while Farienheit 9/11 is easy to find. For Philosophy and Biology buffs, it is an oppertunity to listen to some of the finest minds in the world discuss the origins of Life and Man and hear both sides. Anyone who selects D or F does not like the content (free discussion). |
