Man oh man was I bummed that I chose THIS movie to go see on Christmas day. It should come with a warning label - only dare to see this if (A) you want to be saddened and leave crying and (B) you don't have any children accompanying you.
SPOILER ALERT:
Why ON EARTH would they release a FAMILY HOLIDAY movie on Christmas day that ends with a family's beloved dog being put down?!? And they promoted this as a feel-good holiday movie - are you kidding me?!? I was so upset when I left and felt so misled. I was in a great mood after celebrating Christmas when I went to see this movie and left the theater very depressed and crying. Majorly regret going to see this movie on Christmas - or ANYTIME! |
