As a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom I truly appreciate the message(s) in this film. The story was supurb! The acting and direction matched the story wonderfully. I became friends with a few Iraqis while there and, as the movie said, not all Muslims believe in the Jihad. Almost all of the Iraqis I met and spoke with want us there and appreciate what we have done for their country. Even with insurgents still very active (and so few are really Iraqis) they still feel free for the first time in most of their lives. The movie did a great job of showing that Muslims are not the enemy of the west. It is fanatics. |
