How could this movie go wrong, great actors, with a absorbing true story. I was utterly absorbed into the movie. It had my TWO favorite actors, Liev Schreiber (this man can never do a bad film!) and Daniel Craig..(I could weep!) I wont say more about him because I will sound like a lunitic . Needless to say The movie was great, DEFIANCE is worth every dime. It tells of the desperation, and disbelief of their own cituations. How they suffered, and fought even with one another, and how they loved despite what they were going through. This kind of thing is so unbelieveable to have happened, and yet we know it did, and that 1200 lived from those forrest camps for well over 4 years because of the brothers who saw know other way but to help their fellow jews on the run in any way they could. Defiance is the story of how life could be when power is out of control and life becomes desperate enough to survive know matter what. Loved it! |
