I went to see this movie mainly because I wanted something light and fun, and because it takes place in MN, my home state. I read the reviews so I wasn't expecting a lot. The theater was absolutely packed at 2 in the afternoon. I did not expect to laugh as hard as I did, there were points the whole theater was wiping tears from laughing so hard! They overdid some of the Minnesota stuff (we don't all wear embroidered sweatshirts and flannel shirts) but some was right on the money. A nice story line with a romance on the side. If you are looking for a light, fun movie, this is it! |
