This movie's rating should be R, because of the highly sexually suggestive scenes, a rape scene and a lesbian scene. This movie is not appropriate for children at all, or pre-teens.
For adults, this movies explored the complexity of personal and public behavior. It was a wonderful glimpse of the past, and it makes you realize that in some ways, things haven't drastically changed. We all have to make decisions, whether they bring us happiness or not. This movies has a compelling cast and brilliant story line. Building upon a true story is always an enriching movie experience for me.
This is a must see. Please do.
