this is an incredible movie about taking a dream and making it reality. especially when the dream is an impossible one. The movie's strength is the intercutting of historic footage, recreations and an interview to get a feeling about the emotions and motivations for the participants. You can see that the supporting characters were more moved than the leading man, and the sadness of what follows in a singular beautiful act. Worth seeing the commitment and follow through to make something happen. Should be shown in business schools for project management and to teams embarking on huge projects. |
