Sorry folks it's true this is the best one yet. It is the closets a Punisher film had come to the comic. Especially The Garth Ennis and early Punisher War Zone comics of the 90's. Its got some camp in it but thats due to the villains. Ray Stevenson is the Punisher people. I really liked Thomas Jane..I mean alot as The Punisher but ray Stevenson is so good at this character he hits all the notes that make Frank Castle a memorable comic book anti hero. JIgsaw was laways over the top in the comic bbooks, so in seeing the way Dominic West portrays him it actually works. The dark humor is there that Garth Ennis provided in The MAX Punisher series as well. If you are a fan of the comics, then you'll be happy. You want action, you got it. This film was agreat time and I couldnt be happier. |
