Did you watch a movie about a rubber face silly guy that always lies but now he can now only tell the truth? No no, well I meant to say yes, yes because now he’s this formally negative rubber faced silly guy that can only say yes! Well if you liked Liar, Liar then you will most likely enjoy Yes Man. As a matter of fact if you are a die hard Jim Carrey fan you will love Yes Man. With a good supporting cast and since it is well made it should suite most slap stick fans. It is not a belly laugh movie like a lot of his early movies such as Ace Ventura, Cable Guy and Dumb and Dumber but it sure is better than some of his more “serious” movies with a message that I can not figure out like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. It makes for a slightly entertaining day at the movies with a couple of laughs. With what there is currently to select from that is more than most can say. |
