I'm behind the supporters of this movie all the way. The movie is warm, kind, funny as heck, and, mostly, intelligent. The movie is about changing ones way of living. If you're overly optimisitic maybe look at some pessimissm (the movie covers this in its ending). If you're overly pessimisstic then perhaps seek some optimism (the movie starts with this notion). Jim Carrey pulls off the warm character he was hired (payed 20 million) to play. The supporting cast compliments Carrey, as his coworker is a legitimate goof and his "girl" is a classy darling. Life is nothing but evolving and change, and this movie shows how you can change for the better, even if it needs to be toned down at times (again, you can witness this in the end as the story ultimately unfolds). |
