As a parent I am always thrilled my my daughters interests. It all started with Elmo and Barney, then High 5 and now we are onto Hannah Montanna.
My daughter and I went to the concert and had a blast. So we just had to see the movie. It was wonderful to see her so close up and catch all her facial expressions. The band, especially the drummer were excellent on the screen. The 3D effect was really a lot of fun. The Jonas Brothers really looked polished on the screen in 3D...they just knew how to play to the cameras.
Our only complaint is that it could have been longer. My daughter wanted more Hannah Montanna and I think they should have included the Jonas Brothers doing S.O.S.
The backstage was great...but again we were left wanting more.
I guess that is a sign of a good movie!
And of course it is puzzling as to why it is only in theatres for one week. Why is it that Hannah Montanna fans have to compete for tickets? I am sure it has to do with Disney's way of making Billions...as another reviewer said, "Disney has figured out another way to print money!"
I hate that I buy into it, but darn they make such good entertainment using cutting edge technology. |
