I saw Repo! Last night on the road tour. With everything I have read from critic reviews and the fact that Lionsgate took a giant dump on the movie I really wasn't expecting that much but it was incredible. If this movie actually got the publicity that it deserved it would make millions. The visuals, music, story, acting and just about everything else in the movie was top notch. I will give the movie this though, this is not a movie that your typical movie goer is going to love, it hits a special market. But for those of you who are looking for something new and off main stream that has real heart and will make you leave the theater going wow now that was awesome this is the movie for you. It really says something about the movie when a director like Darren Lynn Bousman who made a HUGE splash with 3 of the SAW movies believes in the movie so much that after Lionsgate almost dropped the film he personally is taking it from city to city for his fans. If you want a true movie going experience If its not playing by you call your local theater and tell them you want it. It is up to us as fans to make this movie live. |
