I mean, it was kind of boring. In a tv series format, it is far more entertaining. I actually went to sleep a few times during this movie. I was also very predictable! I think everyone in the theatre knew Big was gonna stand up Carrie at the alter, but we also knew in the backs of our minds that in the end they would reunite and get back together, just like a true fairy tale, too much of a fairy tale! There was no bombshell dropped in this movie, no stunner! Why didn't they finally reveal exactly why Big was called Big? I'm sure the ladies would have enjoyed that even if they had to cg modify it to make it a whopper, not the Mr. Big needs it. He could be John Holmes Jr. for all I know! And just for the record, my man-card is still intact. |
