Om Shanti Om is a tale about reincarnation and the idea that what goes around comes around. What makes this movie great is that in addition to being very well made it is very entertaining as well. The cast, sets, dialogues, costumes and cinematography all complement each other and make a tight, cohesive unit. The songs are required and placed at the right moments to build the story line and lead you seamlessly to the climax. The energy and intensity of the film make you not want to miss a single shot. It is very funny to watch SRK imitate other actors. There are loads of comedy scenes that are all lol. I could not imagine another actor in the role of Om. Under the direction of Farah Khan, SRKs talents of comedy, drama, dance all shine and make Om Shanti Om a super-hit. |
