Maybe I'm just weird but when I saw Love Guru tonight, I was laughing the entire time throughout. I found the humor very close to Austin Powers with a lot of just simply hilarious jokes. I thought the critics' reviews were quite harsh, but I can understand where they are coming from if they are looking for only films with a great plot filled with amazing acting performances, and stunning visuals. Love Guru doesn't need those parts because it is a comedy. Mike Myers definitely makes the movie very funny, and I also liked Stephen Colbert's part also. Overall, the whole entire theater I was at was laughing throughout the movie, and I would suggest giving Love Guru a shot. |
