Usually I want more in a movie but I was pleased when it was over (good and bad). Its based on a true story,which makes some parts excusable. The plot itself has a tiny hole that was never explained accurately,but that's small compared to the film. It was realistic with the limited amount of horror,and seeing that this came from a mind of a person who house was haunted it doesn't surprise me that the scare tactics reminded me of a fictional movie. It has nothing but suspense,but once again the suspense was a result of dumb character actions. So whatever,if you want to be toyed around and jump out of your seat go and watch it. Its not as religious as the exorcism of emily rose but its close. Pay attention to it also,the past will show up more than usual. Waited a long time for the movie and I wasn't dissapointed,the same events the true story told happened and it felt real (for a moment,some parts is just asking for questioning). Hope I helped,I'm scared at this moment but that's more religious than fiction so go figure. |
