I saw this at the Palm Springs CA Film Festival in January 2008! If you want to learn more about some truth of the Nazi's, this one will knock your socks off. It is both sad and wonderful at the same time. Story is TRUE. Courageous men do their best to protect the rest of the world by helping the Nazi's and then again, by not helping them. Acting is good, story is good, even the head nazi is played well. It makes you realize how difficult it was being in a camp under Hitler. Greed being yet another sin of the this era, helped to save lives. The scenes are not always easy to watch and very realistic. Not the kind of violence seen in Schindler's List at all. Very interesting and a big piece of history.This is a Don't Miss Movie. |
