I have never seen 300. I like stupid movies. But be warned-this isn't a crazy laugh-your-ass-off Will Ferrell comedy-I'm not even ssure if it IS a comedy!
The plot centers around Leonidas...the first 20 minutes or so chronicling his disgusting torture as a spartan-in-training, meeting his proclaimed slutty wife (played by Carmen Electra), and gay jokes. Spartan men are apparently 'gay', yet much of the movie revolves around Carmen Electra's breasts.
In general the movie is like a triple threat of gay jokes, hot girls, and potty humor.
And it just isn't funny. Period. The trailer with the giant pit of death may look hilarious, but that scene lasts about 3 and a half minutes and isn't as good as it looks.
Just don't waste your money. I did-and I really regret it. |
